از ایران تا استرالیا، از سکوهای قهرمانی تا کلاس‌های آموزش تکواندو؛ خانواده‌ای که تکواندو را نه‌فقط یک ورزش، بلکه یک شیوه‌ی زندگی می‌دانند. خواهر و برادران مژده—بهناز، آرش و شهناز، نام‌هایی آشنا در دنیای تکواندو هستند که حالا در ملبورن، استرالیا، پرچم افتخار ایرانی را در عرصه‌ی بین‌المللی برافراشته نگه داشته‌اند.

جامعه ایرانیان مقیم استرالیا، سرشار از استعدادها و چهره‌هایی است که با تلاش، تعهد و تخصص خود، نه‌تنها افتخار ایران، بلکه مایه اعتبار سرزمین جدیدشان شده‌اند. در این میان، خانواده محترم مژده...بهناز، آرش و شهناز، با پشتوانه‌ای درخشان از تجربه و افتخار در ورزش تکواندو، الگویی کم‌نظیر از موفقیت خانوادگی، فرهنگی و ورزشی را رقم زده‌اند.
در این گزارش، تلاش کرده‌ام تصویری روشن و جامع از مسیر پرفراز و نشیب این سه چهره تأثیرگذار ارائه دهم؛ نه‌فقط برای ثبت افتخاراتشان، بلکه برای الهام‌بخشی به نسل جوانی که در پی تلفیق هویت ایرانی و فرصت‌های جهانی است.
بهناز مژده(Behnaz Mozhdeh)؛ بانوی طلایی مربیگری
بهناز مژده، مربی ارشد باشگاه Mozhdeh Martial Arts و یکی از چهره‌های برجسته تکواندو در سطح جهان، سابقه‌ای درخشان در ایران به‌عنوان مربی تیم ملی بانوان دارد. او دو سال پیاپی (۲۰۱۷ و ۲۰۱۸) به‌عنوان بهترین مربی زن ایران شناخته شد و در رقابت‌های جهانی و آسیایی، شاگردانش بارها سکوهای قهرمانی را فتح کردند. از جمله دستاوردهای برجسته او می‌توان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد:
مدال نقره در مسابقات جهانی منچستر
سه مدال جهانی نوجوانان در مصر
چهار مدال در قهرمانی آسیا در ویتنام
مدال طلای جام ریاست فدراسیون آسیا در سال ۲۰۱۹
بهناز مژده در ادامه مسیر حرفه‌ای خود، در سال ۲۰۲۳ به‌عنوان مربی تیم ملی استرالیا در مسابقات جهانی جوانان و بزرگسالان که در جمهوری آذربایجان برگزار شد، انتخاب شد و مسئولیت هدایت فنی اعضای تیم ملی را برعهده گرفت. او در این رقابت‌ها نماینده شایسته‌ای برای ورزش استرالیا بود و تجربیات ارزشمند خود را در سطح جهانی به نمایش گذاشت.
او دارنده کمربند مشکی دان پنجم از کوکی‌وون کره جنوبی است و دارای گواهی کامل کار با نوجوانان از کمیسیون جوانان ایالت ویکتوریاست. هدف بهناز مژده پرورش ورزشکارانی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای و استانداردهای جهانی است.
همچنین، بهناز مژده چندین پیشنهاد برای همکاری با استعدادهای جوان و نخبه‌ی تکواندوی استرالیا دریافت کرده است که برای آغاز رسمی این همکاری‌ها، تنها به زمان کوتاهی برای بررسی و هماهنگی نیاز دارد.
آرش مژده(Arash Mozhdeh)؛ نماینده استرالیا در جهان
آرش مژده، مربی و استاد ارشد باشگاه، سابقه عضویت در تیم ملی ایران را دارد و پس از مهاجرت به استرالیا، پنج دوره به‌عنوان نماینده رسمی این کشور در مسابقات جهانی حاضر شد. او در مسابقات جهانی ۲۰۲۳ باکو نیز تیم ملی استرالیا را همراهی کرد. مهم‌ترین افتخارات آرش عبارت‌اند از:
مدال طلای جام ریاست فدراسیون جهانی تکواندو
مدال‌های جهانی G1 و G2 در صربستان، هلند، مالزی، یونان، مونته‌نگرو و غیره
ده دوره قهرمان ملی استرالیا
مدال‌های نقره و برنز در رقابت‌های قهرمانی آسیا و اقیانوسیه
آرش مژده دارای کمربند دان پنجم کوکی‌وون، دیپلم توسعه ورزشی، و گواهینامه‌های رسمی مربیگری فیتنس، بوکس و کیک‌بوکسینگ است. او الگویی کامل از ترکیب توانمندی فنی، بدنی و اخلاقی برای شاگردانش به شمار می‌رود.
شهناز مژده(Shahnaz Mozhdeh)؛ داور و مربی با سابقه
شهناز مژده با بیش از سی سال سابقه در تکواندو، نقش ستون فنی و اخلاقی این خانواده ورزشی را ایفا می‌کند. او سابقه عضویت در تیم ملی ایران و کسب مدال‌های رنگارنگ در مسابقات دانشجویی و داخلی را در کارنامه دارد. همچنین او دو بار (در سال‌های ۲۰۱۸ و ۲۰۲۲) به‌عنوان «بهترین داور نوجوانان استرالیا» شناخته شده است.
شهناز مژده دارای دان پنجم کمربند مشکی و لایسنس رسمی داوری بین‌المللی در استرالیاست. او امروز با جدیت به آموزش دقیق فنون و پرورش شخصیت ورزشی شاگردان خود می‌پردازد.
میراثی خانوادگی برای جامعه ایرانی و استرالیایی
خانواده مژده، با تأسیس باشگاه حرفه‌ای خود در ملبورن، نه‌تنها نسل جدیدی از قهرمانان را تربیت می‌کنند، بلکه پلی فرهنگی میان ریشه‌های ایرانی و فضای جهانی ورزش ساخته‌اند. در باشگاه Mozhdeh Martial Arts، تکنیک، انضباط، اخلاق و احترام، چهار اصل کلیدی آموزش است.
اگر تکواندو در ملبورن امضایی داشته باشد، بدون شک آن امضای خانواده مژده است؛ سه مربی و قهرمان که هریک با دانش، تجربه و تخصص خود، نه‌تنها پرچم ایران را در دل‌ها زنده نگه داشته‌اند، بلکه جایگاهی معتبر برای خود و ورزش تکواندو در استرالیا رقم زده‌اند.

Behnaz Mozhdeh: The Golden Coach
Behnaz Mozhdeh, head coach at Mozhdeh Martial Arts and one of the world’s most respected taekwondo figures, has an illustrious background as a former national team coach for Iranian women. She was named Iran’s Best Female Coach in both 2017 and 2018. Under her leadership, students have triumphed at both global and Asian competitions. Her most notable accomplishments include:

Continuing her professional journey, Behnaz Mozhdeh was selected in 2023 as the coach of the Australian national team for the World Taekwondo Championships for both juniors and seniors held in Azerbaijan. She took on the responsibility of leading the team’s technical preparations and served as a distinguished representative of Australian sport on the global stage, showcasing her invaluable experience at the international level.
Behnaz Mozhdeh has also received several offers to collaborate with emerging and elite taekwondo talents in Australia. She is currently in the process of finalizing these collaborations, requiring only a short period for review and coordination before officially commencing.
Arash Mozhdeh: Representing Australia on the World Stage
Arash Mozhdeh, senior instructor at the family’s club, was once a member of Iran’s national team and has since represented Australia five times at world championships, including the 2023 World Taekwondo Championships in Baku. His major accolades include:

With over 30 years in taekwondo, Shahnaz Mozhdeh is the backbone of both the family’s technical strength and its values. A former member of Iran’s national team, she has won numerous medals in student and national competitions. She was named Australia’s Best Youth Referee in both 2018 and 2022.
Shahnaz holds a 5th Dan black belt and is an internationally licensed referee in Australia. Today, she is deeply committed to teaching precise techniques and fostering character in her students.
