سوگول، دختر نوجوان و هنرمند ایرانی، امروز در یکی از سختترین روزهای زندگیاش قرار دارد. دختری بااستعداد، حساس و عاشق موسیقی که بسیاری از ایرانیان استرالیا او را از اجرای احساسیاش در «پرشین آوارد نایت ۲۰۲۴» به یاد دارند؛ شبی که با نواختن ویولن، چندین بار فضای سالن را غرق در احساس و تشویق کرد.
اما پشت آن لبخند آرام و آن موسیقی زیبا، نبردی سنگین جریان داشت؛ نبردی با بیماری نادری به نام «نوروفیبروماتوز نوع ۲»، بیماریای که باعث رشد تومور در سیستم عصبی و مغز میشود.
امروز سوگول با چندین تومور مغزی زندگی میکند و یکی از این تومورها به مرحلهای رسیده که پزشکان تأکید کردهاند باید هر چه سریعتر تحت عمل جراحی تخصصی قرار بگیرد. خانواده او امیدوارند این جراحی پیچیده در ژاپن و توسط تیمی متخصص انجام شود؛ جراحیای که میتواند آینده و حتی زندگی او را تغییر دهد.
اما هزینههای سنگین درمان، سفر، جراحی، بستری و مراقبتهای پزشکی، بسیار فراتر از توان خانواده اوست.
در دو سال گذشته، سوگول بخش بزرگی از نوجوانیاش را در درد، خانهنشینی و دوری از مدرسه و زندگی عادی سپری کرده است. دختری که باید امروز مشغول ساختن رویاهایش، موسیقی و آیندهاش باشد، حالا هر روز با درد و نگرانی از آینده بیدار میشود.
خانواده سوگول در این مسیر دشوار، تمام توان خود را گذاشتهاند؛ اما امروز بیش از هر زمان دیگری به کمک انسانهایی نیاز دارند که هنوز به مهربانی و نجات زندگی یک انسان باور دارند.

She once stood on stage and filled the entire hall with emotion through the sound of her violin.
But today, that same talented young artist is fighting for her life in hospital rooms and treatment centres.
Sogol, a gifted Iranian teenager, now urgently needs our support to undergo critical brain surgery in Japan.

Sogol, a talented, sensitive, and music-loving young Iranian artist, is currently facing one of the hardest periods of her life. Many members of the Iranian community in Australia remember her emotional violin performance at the Persian Awards Night 2024, where she deeply moved the audience and received standing applause multiple times throughout the night.
But behind that calm smile and beautiful music, a difficult battle was already unfolding.
Sogol has been diagnosed with a rare condition called Neurofibromatosis Type 2, a serious disease that causes tumours to grow in the nervous system and brain.
Today, Sogol is living with multiple brain tumours, and one of them has reached a stage where doctors say urgent specialised surgery is necessary. Her family hopes this complex operation can be performed in Japan by a specialised medical team — a surgery that could change and possibly save her life.
However, the overwhelming costs of treatment, surgery, hospital care, travel, accommodation, and ongoing medical support are far beyond what her family can manage alone.
For the past two years, Sogol has spent much of her teenage life in pain, isolation, and away from school and a normal life. A young girl who should be building her future, creating music, and chasing her dreams now wakes up each day facing pain and uncertainty.
Her family has done everything they can throughout this difficult journey, but today they need the support of compassionate people who still believe in kindness and saving a human life.
